                   AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A CITY OF CHATTANOOGA 
                   SEWER EASEMENT AND RELOCATING A NEW MANHOLE 
                   LOCATED AT 200 BARBARA LANE, AS MORE FULLY 
                   DESCRIBED AND UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS 
                   CONTAINED HEREIN.
                   
                                                      
                   
                   
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby 
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga sewer easement located at 200 
       Barbara Lane, more particularly described as shown on a plat 
       attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, conditioned 
       upon the construction of a new manhole by Coalson Electric, Inc. 
       and the acceptance thereof by the City Engineer together with any 
       necessary easement.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law; provided, however, that this Ordinance shall not 
       be operative until acceptance by the City Engineer of the 
       relocated sewer easement and manhole.
